When we were brought on to update the Vancouver Island Water Watch Coalition website, the goal was clear: move away from an outdated CMS and create a modern, easy-to-navigate platform that better supports their mission of protecting water on Vancouver Island.

The original site held years of valuable content, but it was difficult to manage and even harder for visitors to navigate. We led the full data migration process, carefully transferring and reorganizing legacy content to ensure nothing was lost in the transition. At the same time, we redesigned the site to reflect the Coalition’s grassroots energy and deep commitment to environmental advocacy—prioritizing accessibility, clarity, and trust.
